cries because gregory will put so much pressure on himself for the smallest things. Like, if something doesn’t go according to plan, he’ll play it off as no big deal to keep others at ease, but inside he’d be panicking and analyzing all the things he’s did wrong and could have done differently.

He’s the hardest on himself because he sees himself as a leader, someone people could look up to and see as a role model. he tries so very hard to be that, to be perfect.

my son needs to learn to relax, someone needs to MAKE him relax. Let him know that’s it’s OKAY to make mistakes.
